302. Reference Department’s telegram No. 233, September 6, 1 [6] p.m.69 It cannot be said that the company has been eliminated. However, it has ceased operations and the Government has placed guards over all its physical properties. Negotiations are now in progress between the Government and the company management for its purchase.
