1059. Your 1988, September 15, 6 p.m. Department advised by RCA71 Communications, Inc., that the French Administration has definitely informed the communication companies that all telegrams, with the exception of telegrams to or from certain banks, must be written in plain language.
RCA adds that in the circumstances the communication companies have no alternative but to conform to these restrictions.
