A note based on your 1448, November 17, 7 p.m., has been sent to the Foreign Office.61 I had previously taken up personally with Lord Halifax the question of interference by naval and censorship [Page 269] authorities with my personal mail, three instances of which have occurred, but I have not yet received a reply from him.
