Your 1582, September 11, 3 p.m.77 The final text of the Agenda has been communicated to the diplomatic representatives here of the countries with officers on the Committee.78 As a courtesy please inform Ambassador Le Breton and Count Limburg-Stirum of the change in Paragraph Six and repeat Department’s 857, September 8, noon, to the American Embassy at Paris with the request that Bérenger be notified of the change and to the American Legation, Bern, for the information of Lobo.
