My telegram 93, May 13, 6 p.m. Secretary General has now received a communication from Chinese permanent delegate alleging the use of poison gas by Japanese on Matang front during period July 2 through 5. This communication is accompanied by a medical report supporting Chinese allegations. The note requests that Secretary General transmit communication to members of Council, Assembly and Advisory Committee “for their information and consideration.”
