- An officer of the Embassy has been informed by an official of the Japanese Embassy that Chiang Kai Shek this morning ordered Yu Han Mou’s army to proceed to Pakhoi and that it is believed therefore that the Japanese investigators will shortly be enabled to land at that place and investigate the murder of September 3.
