Nuevo Laredo, September 15, 1912—11 a.m.

I have found that a simultaneous uprising has been planned at Mexico City, Puebla, San Luis Potosí, Saltillo, Monterey, and probably other of the principal cities. It includes also the turning of the entire Federal army in northern Mexico from Madero, including General Huerta, who will be commander in chief of the new rebel army, with Orozco second in command.
