Rojas, Mascarenas, and Rafael Campa with about 600 men are about 10 miles south of Aguaprieta and have demanded its surrender, saying they would attack in the morning.
Entire shipment of arms and ammunition sent in my care has now reached here, and I have placed it temporarily in Chargé of commanding officer United States troops, who, for greater safety, has placed entire shipment under military guard at Bisbee, 8 miles from the boundary.
