Inform all deserving Americans who may wish to return to the United States and have no other means to do so that the Buford will touch at Manzanillo on or about May 22, San Bias May 23, and Mazatlan May 24. It is desired to give the trip northward as great publicity as possible, and in time to inform all Americans who need assistance and transportation.
