Mexico, April 9, 1912—10 p.m.
The shipment of arms for the American colony will leave Vera Cruz to-night. Owing to the duties—about $7,500 gold, and the Chargé for the special train and escort, about $750 gold—the price of each rifle, with 100 rounds of ammunition, will amount to about $20 gold.
No guns or ammunition will be delivered by the military attaché except upon payment either by the committee or by individuals.
