Trial of Sanguily commenced yesterday noon; adjourned at 5 o’clock; resumed to-day noon and finished at 3 o’clock. I attended as spectator in compliance with instructions of Department. His advocate, Viondi, has made a magnificient defense. Verdict not rendered yet.
