  • Initial Delivery of Six OV–10 Aircraft for Morocco (C)

The President has determined that we should proceed immediately with the initial delivery of six OV–10 aircraft to Morocco as envisioned in his arms sales decision of October 19, 1979.2 Please let the President know about implementation.3 (C)

The first two OV–10s are scheduled to arrive in Morocco during the last week of January.
