248. Editorial Note
On April 27, Ambassador Warren reported that Foreign Office Secretary General Esenbel had presented him with a long aide-mémoire on Cyprus. The Ambassador noted that he was more concerned about the Cyprus situation now than at any time since his arrival in Ankara.
