During past several weeks numerous unconfirmed reports have reached this ConGen from diverse sources that Generalissimo was seriously considering transferring his headquarters from Taipei to southwest (see Hong Kong’s 1001 to Department56) where he would assume active direct leadership. Recent developments may, of course, have changed such plans if they did, in fact, exist.
