186. Following, your 328³⁷ refers, information received from General Chang Chih Chung through Colonel Pee regarding Canton area. Generalissimo has issued order to General Chang Fa Kwei to allow Executive Headquarters team to proceed to disputed area. This is interpreted by Pee as recognition by the National Government to General Tseng Shang’s forces as Communists.
