A Foreign Office official told us today that “high British authorities” were considerably annoyed that Tito had ignored in talks; in Moscow the very real help given him by the western allies and had concentrated only on the great assistance given by the Soviets; moreover, he had talked about his great friendship for the Bulgarians.
