OSS48 reports that General Velebit49 stated on March 28 during informal discussion of plans for occupation of Austria and in reply to a question whether Yugoslavs would occupy Villach and [Page 1314] Klagenfurt after Nazi collapse, that Yugoslavs would occupy both these places as “they belong to Yugoslavia.” In addition, Yugoslavia intended to occupy certain “enemy territory”.
