5060. Molotov has sent me a draft of the additional article referred to in point 6 of my 5034, December 27, 9 p.m. It reads as follows: [Page 945]
“Article XIX. The Allied Governments consider the decision of the Vienna Arbitration Commission of November 2, 193896 and also the Vienna award of August 30, 194097 as null and void.”
I would appreciate instructions on this point.
