Moscow press for October 15 features announcement of complete liberation of Ukraine, leading articles and about half total space being devoted to this achievement and progress of reconstruction there. Pravda leader refers to Kiev, Kharkov, and Lwow as being in a single and indissoluble family of Soviet Ukrainian cities, thereby confirming previous indications that the Soviet Government has abandoned any thought of returning Lwow to Poland.
