1752. From the Under Secretary. The Department will discuss the entire question of Argentine freezing within the next few days with the Secretary and until that time it is not prepared to take any action with respect to the points raised in your No. 2626 of November [Page 509] 6, 11 a.m. The Department does believe that it would be desirable for you to see the Ministers and indicate that this Government is desirous of obtaining from them concrete information as to the specific measures which Argentina is prepared to take in order to implement effectively the pertinent Rio and Washington resolutions.
