373. Gottfried von Waldheim German Consul General accompanied by Franz Noelke Vice Consul and Carl Heinzbrand clerk left Monrovia this morning at 11 o’clock by French plane for Abidjan, French Ivory Coast. Tomorrow at 10 o’clock they will leave Abidjan by train for Bobo-Dioulasso, where on November 10 they will take a French commercial plane for Algiers.
