The Representative of the President (Corrigan) to the Secretary of State

29. The following telegram has been received from Bogotá:

“Dr. Rodríguez requests you be informed that he shares your view referred to visit of Ocheltree to Tegucigalpa. Braden.”21

As all three mediators now concur I shall instruct Ocheltree to proceed to Tegucigalpa as authorized in telegraphic instruction number 14, February 17, 8 p.m., for purpose suggested in my despatch 683 dated March 1622 without the note unless Department instructs otherwise.
