Peiping’s 679, November 15, noon.2 Tientsin’s despatch of February 25 states that the customs at Tientsin has been instructed to release for export sheep’s wool sold to buyers in the United States and Germany prior to imposition of wool embargo and Tientsin has already certified invoices for wool for shipment to American consignees.
Repeated to Chungking, by air mail to Tokyo.
