Substance of Nanking’s June 11, 9 a.m.,75 and June 11, 11 a.m.,76 is being communicated to Navy to be forwarded to Admiral Allen. U. S. S. Monocacy will leave Hankow for Changsha morning of June 13th.

Repeated to Department, Peiping and Nanking.
