- Manchurian Commission formally “constituted” today.
- 2.
- Due to Lord Lytton’s inability to be present earlier, first meeting of the Commission will take place in Geneva on January 21.
- 3.
- Lytton is urging that the European members of the Commission sail from Europe before the end of January and it is believed that other members of the Commission share his views and that there will be no delay in the Commission’s proceeding.
- 4.
