Chiang Kai-shek, Chang Hsueh-liang and Yen Hsi-shan77 left Peking last night for Nanking, Mukden and Taiyuanfu, respectively.
2.
The Japanese Minister is creditably informed that one of the results of the visit of the Minister for Foreign Affairs, who is still in Peking, was an arrangement with Chang whereby Manchuria’s foreign relations would be handled through central authorities at Nanking rather than at Mukden.
