Sinclair representative here has been asked by Persian Government to give written engagement to defend rights under concession as against any claims based on grant by Imperial firman to Sepahsalar which was afterwards transferred to Khoshtaria, and to waive claim of any sort upon the Persian Government should an adverse judgment disallow Sinclair’s title.
