I was informed confidentially by Cummins, who is in charge of the archives of the British Legation, that the Secretary of the Interior had sent him a note dated today stating that by virtue of orders from the President through the Minister for Foreign Affairs Cummins is required to leave Mexico within 10 days and that requisite measures will be taken if he does not leave.
