Department’s 157, October 27, 4 p.m.17 Foreign Office states under date of October [November] 15th that, confirming the declaration transmitted in the Embassy’s number 203, October 24, 10 p.m., the Italian Government adheres to the program of action proposed by the Government of the United States and has already instructed its Minister at Peking to act accordingly.
