It seems to be well established that the Moscow envoy extraordinary now in Peking will shortly have a conference with the Chinese Government to dispose of Chinese Eastern Railway between themselves.

The Chinese Government assuming authority under section 3, Radio Resolution, Washington Conference,⁹⁴ has seized Russian radio station at Harbin.
