Li Yuan-hung replies to Kao En-hung48 Cabinet that he will resume Presidency if Generals Wu Pei-fu and Tsao Kun will agree to troops’ disbandment and abolition everywhere post of Military Governor. Same delegate Kao En-hung proceeding to Paotingfu this morning to present these conditions which it is assumed will be accepted.
