The Secretary of State to the Peruvian Chargé (Prada)

The Secretary of State presents his compliments to the Chargé d’Affaires ad interim of Peru, and has the honor to acknowledge the receipt of his note of April 30, 1922,6 to the effect that the delegates who will represent the Government of Peru at the Conference to be held with the delegates of the Chilean Government, are to arrive in this city in the near future, and that no objection is perceived on the part of the Peruvian delegation to opening this Conference on the 12th of May next.

This information will be transmitted to the Chilean Embassy in Washington, with a view to fixing May 12th as the date for the opening of the Conference.7
