Memorandum

Owing to the protracted crisis of the Italian Cabinet, the Royal Government has found itself in the impossibility of maintaining unchanged the date of March 8th chosen by the Supreme Council for the Genoa Conference.

The Italian Government has therefore been compelled to postpone the convening of the Conference and to communicate such a decision to every Government invited to said Conference.

The Italian Government will get in touch with every Allied Government in order to choose of one accord a new date.
