Do all you can to cooperate with British in Paris in support of British representations that French pay debts due Chinese Eastern [Page 725] for maintenance and transportation of Czech troops over Chinese Eastern Railway in order to assist railway in its present financial difficulties and insure uninterrupted operation of the line.
