Have received note from Finnish Chargé d’Affaires informing me that Finnish government guarantees, during the sojourn of German troops in Finland, integrity of diplomatic representatives, consuls and personnel of consulates Allied countries as well as safety of person and property of foreigners in the territory occupied by Finnish government troops.
