Lisogub, Prime Minister and Minister Interior, landowner, aristocratic extraction, higher education in France, been two or three years in America, one of foremost Zemstvo workers in Russia and distinguished by genius for organization; Chubinski, Justice, was professor law Petrograd University; Sokolovski, Supplies, formerly Zemstvo agricultural expert; Kyanyresin, Agriculture, lawyer, Zemstvo worker; Shebeko, offered Foreign Affairs, not yet accepted, once Russian Ambassador, Vienna; Lukashevich, acting Ways of Communication; Gutnik, Trade and Industry, Jew, well-known member Odessa Board Trade; Rzheletski, Finance, Kiev alderman and bank director; Vasilenko, Education; Wagner, Labor; Slivinski, reported War.
