436. Owing to extreme scarcity of food supplies and bad administration Greece is rapidly losing all morale and fighting capacity. Royalists becoming more active and assertive. Unless Venizelos’s return¹ brings effective relief, is useless to Entente. Signs of discouragement observable everywhere.
