The warning to leave isolated points issued to Americans by Ambassador can not be communicated to the hundreds of Americans in remote mining sections without special messengers. I request definite instructions. Railway communications closed nearly everywhere. Dictatorship exists here now. Communications closed south in order to prevent apprehended advance Federals against Chihuahua.
