London, November 11, 1912.
The British Ambassador at Constantinople reports to the Foreign Office that arrangements have been made to accommodate bona fide, American citizens at Constantinople in case of need on board IT. M. S. Weymouth; protection at other ports is now being arranged for, and would be extended, as Sir Edward Grey understands, in conjunction with other Powers.
