Press reports that the U. S. S. Maryland is now on the way to Los Mochis are giving Minister Foreign Affairs much concern. He says Mexican Government has no objection to Americans there being taken away by the United States, but on account of effect upon public opinion earnestly hopes that vessel may be revenue cutter or transport.
