I have no satisfactory answer to Department’s April 15, 8 p.m. I have had two interviews with the Minister for Foreign Affairs, but have been unable to get any definite reply. I advise the Department to act according to our own obligations and the pressing necessities of the case, sending a small gunboat or a transport if possible.
