Sir: Referring to my No. 51, of February 4, inclosing a copy and translation of the last note from the Venezuelan minister for foreign affairs to the dean of the diplomatic corps regarding the Taigny incident, I have the honor to inform you that the note referred to was sent by all of thediplomatic representatives here to their respective governments.
I have been advised that up to the present instructions have been sent to the representatives of England, Holland, and Italy to protest against the position taken by the Venezuelan Government.
