1646. Your 1524.¹ Saraburi-Ban Phai Highway discussed top level OCB meeting Feb 17 by agencies concerned. Agreed jointly (1) approve for planning purposes principle of highway construction; (2) stronger reasons especially military required to justify high enough priority to secure funds for financing; (3) imperative that Thai Govt also ardently desire highway and accordingly make formal request through usual channels.
