In view abrogation of agreement tariff rates by People’s Government (reported ourtel to Department 150, March 21), we would appreciate being informed by telegraph if Tariff Commission and US Customs intend placing Communist North China exports in different category vis-à-vis South China exports for purposes duty treatment.
