196. Following delegation selected to talk peace with Communists: Chang Chih-chung,⁴³ Shao Li-tzu,⁴⁴ Huang Shao-hsiung,⁴⁵ Chung Tien-hsin,⁴⁶ Peng Chao-hsien.⁴⁷ This group will broadcast their intentions to Communists probably today, January 23, and ask where and when conference can be arranged.
