103. ReEmbtel 24, January 23.⁴¹ Political turnover completed presumably effective 10 a. m. January 22 (see Contel 87, January 22⁴²).

Ping Ming Jih Pao reports today Nationalist forces occupying Peiping yesterday were removing from city in direction Huangtsun to south and Huangszu (Yellow Temple) to north, that movement continues today, that it is understood all will have been removed tomorrow, January 24, for stationing outside city.
