34. Embassy noticed Hong Kong dateline Story appearing in Shanghai English language press January 2 of formation of “Kmt Revolutionary Committee” in Hong Kong under leadership of Li Chih-Sun15 and with cooperation of various other prominent dissident Kmt members.

Embassy would appreciate investigation and report on this development.16
