(a) Nanking’s 531 of March 12, repeated here as SecDel 1336; (b) my number 2 from Moscow of March 16, 3 p.m., for Stuart, repeated to Dept as number 844 of March 16, 3 p.m.; (c) Stuart’s unnumbered cable to me of March 21, 9 p.m., sent to Department as Secretary State 625 [626]; (d) a glossary41 prepared in the Dept explaining abbreviations and identifying individuals or organizations mentioned in the above three cables.
