Re Dept’s 156, June 5.24 King Abdul Aziz has telegraphed that he agrees to postponement of my visit to Riyadh as he wishes [Page 905] negotiations to be comprehensive including all proposals of US Govt in Saudi Arabia. He expects to hear from me before the end of June officially on the matters broached to him tentatively in Dept’s 131, May 7.
