The Attorney General has informed the Department that it would be highly desirable if certain of the spies currently being apprehended by the Argentine authorities could be brought to the United [Page 386] States for further questioning and possible internment here. Please advise whether in your judgment the Argentine authorities would be disposed to be cooperative in this matter.
